Transitional periods in life can be simultaneously fruitful and painful. As a therapist, it is an
honor to provide support as you navigate challenges and find greater well-being in these times. I aim to create a non-judgmental space for you to explore and discover valuable insights. My approach draws from psychodynamic theory and incorporates relational perspectives and mindfulness techniques. I work alongside you as we unpack what matters most to you and ways to become more aligned with your most authentic self.
I bring with me previous careers in classroom teaching and in nonprofit communications. I draw on my skills as an educator, communicator, and mental health student to provide effective, compassionate care.
If you are curious about starting therapy or wondering if we are a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. Let’s start the conversation.
